Buraq’s journey began in 2008 with the establishment of Glass World. What started as a raw-glass supply and distribution business gradually developed into an integrated group working across glass processing, UPVC profiles, PVC doors, WPC doors and automated value-added manufacturing.
2008 — Glass World
Our journey started with Glass World, focusing on the supply and distribution of raw glass. This business helped us build a strong understanding of the glass market, project requirements and distribution network.
2015 — Glass World Innovation
In 2015, we established Glass World Innovation and expanded from raw-glass distribution into professional glass processing.
The facility provides glass tempering and double-glazing services with an approximate processing capacity of 300 tons per month.
We also introduced an advanced glass-processing plant in Pakistan designed to achieve production and quality standards comparable with leading Italian glass-processing systems.
Glass World Innovation today serves residential, commercial and architectural projects through glass processing, tempering and double-glazing services.
2019 — Buraq Profiles
In 2019, we entered UPVC profile manufacturing under the name Buraq Profiles.
We started with approximately 8 profile moulds. Through continuous investment and product development, Buraq Profiles today has more than 200 moulds and profile sections covering major UPVC window categories.
Our current UPVC profile manufacturing capacity is approximately 200 tons per month.
The profile range supports applications including sliding windows, casement and openable windows, fixed windows, L-shape windows, tilt & turn windows, arch windows, multi-panel systems and other custom UPVC window requirements.
2023 — Wide-Panel PVC Door Development
At the end of 2023, we expanded into PVC door manufacturing and developed a 27-inch wide PVC door panel. At that time, much narrower panel formats were commonly available in the market.
This development enabled us to manufacture wider and more complete PVC door systems.
Our PVC door range includes products such as Ace Door, Prime Door, Elite Door and Flush Door, together with solutions for bathrooms, kitchens, interiors and other utility applications.
PVC door manufacturing capacity is approximately 100 tons per month.
2024 — Buraq WPC Doors
In 2024, Buraq introduced its WPC door manufacturing operation, expanding the group into a modern door category focused on durability, water resistance, dimensional stability and premium finishing.
Our WPC door portfolio includes the Signature Series, Prestige CNC Series, Embossed Series, Crystal Series, Classic Series and Elite Series.
2025 — Buraq Value Addition (BVD)
In 2025, we established Buraq Value Addition (BVD) to further improve door processing, finishing quality and production consistency.
BVD introduced automated processing systems including automatic drilling machines and automatic sanding machines, helping standardize door preparation and finishing.
Automated Polishing & Finishing
As part of our value-addition expansion, we installed an approximately 300-foot-long polishing and finishing line.
The process includes controlled surface preparation, grinder polishing, automated sanding and final coating preparation before the required top-coat finish is applied.
This system helps improve surface smoothness, finishing consistency, coating quality and production efficiency.
